Mr Alan Chang is the founder and Managing Director of OA International Group of Companies. Mr Chang has more than 20 years of external and internal audit experience working throughout Singapore and Malaysia with International audit firms.
Mr Chang is familiar with Singapore, Malaysia and IFRS GAAP. He has experience in assisting companies going for initial public offering in Singapore and Hong Kong Exchanges.
His industries experience include Fintech, mining, manufacturing, property development, investment holding, retail, logistic and startups. Some of Alan’s clients include listed companies and private companies in Singapore and Hong Kong with operations in China, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, Vietnam, United States, Russia, Dubai, Belgium and India.
Mr Chang often conduct courses and seminars on topic relating to “Doing Business in Singapore” for various events in China, India, Taiwan and Singapore.
Alan is also an independent director to a company listed on Singapore stock exchange serving as Audit Committee members. Alan is a Chartered Accountant of Singapore (Practicing Member, ISCA) and Malaysia (MIA), CPA Australia (Fellow) and Hong Kong and ASEAN Chartered Professional Accountant.
